Q. Can I save money by renting the linens and chair covers and picking them up at your location?
A. We allow do it yourself for the linens and chair covers. We do not allow do it yourself for the chairs
or draping.

Q. Do you provide full service for linens and chair covers etc.?
A. We do provide full service for everything we offer as a rental item.

Q. How far do you travel?
A. We travel as far north as Ludington and south to Holland and east to the out skirts of Grand Rapids.

Q. Do I need to make an appointment to view the renal items?
A. Yes, to view our items it is by appointment only.

Q. Are their certain pick up and drop off times for the do it yourself items?
A. Yes, please give us a call so we can give you instructions for the pick up and return.

Q. Is there a deposit to reserve the items?
A. Yes, we have a reservation deposit that is required to reserve your items.

Q. Is there a security deposit applied to the invoice for rental items?
A. Yes, certain items require a security deposit for example linens so there is no wax or burn holes.

Q. How far in advance should we book your services?
A. Please start the process as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate late requests but prefer at
least 6-9 months in advance.

Q. How long are the appointments?
A. We like to keep the appointments to an hour in length.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept, cash, check, money orders, and credit cards. If you choose to use a credit card there is a
3% service charge.

Q. What items should I bring to the appointment?
A. We love to hear your ideas so if you have any inspiration photo’s or color swatches and props please
bring them along we would love to see them.

Q. Are your products for sale?
A. No, our inventory is not for sale they are rental items only.
